The construction of Hartland High School began in 2001. Bartow Malow Company credited the timeliness of the project to DiPonio Construction Company. "The masonry kept pace with the project deadlines. The beautiful stone and brick work are quality plus. Hartland is one of the largest and high-tech high schools in Michigan. DiPonio's work was excellent and unprecedented. We could not have completed the project without subs like DiPonio Construction who worked at full capacity to complete this project within scheduling deadlines." The school was able to open as projected in September 2003.
Lake Orion High School, another Barton Malow job, was another success story. Leah Bossert, Project Manager for Barton Malow stated in Michigan Contractor and Builder Magazine that DiPonio was instrumental in helping Barton Malow get the brick samples to match the existing high school. "The brick match was extremely important for the success of the addition and renovation of the Lake Orion High School."
